Instructions: Cast on 14 stitches (sts) 1st Row: Knit all sts across.
2nd Row: Rep 1st row until work from beginning measures 14 inches for Toddler 16 inches for Child and 17 inches for Adult. Bind off. Leaving long tail for sewing.
Finishing: To make the twist knot, lay the headband horizontally with right side facing up, bring up each short end and fold them both in half like a letter C (see pictures 1 & 2). Bring the two short folded ends to meet one another, and insert one folded end into the other overlapping the half’s. You should have 4 layers total. (see picture 3) With the tapestry needle and the yarn tail, whipstitch the edges together (see picture 4). Weave in loose ends and turn the ear warmer right side out.
